The three blobs consist of shapes representing the levels in various frequencies of the audio input. They expand and contract with the overall loudness. Each ball explodes when a beat is detected on a certain frequency.

BOOOM!!! ist ein typographisches VJ-System. Ein Wort wird aus vielen kleinen geometrischen Formen (Dreieck, Quadrat, Kreis) zusammengesetzt, die auf verschiedene Weisen manipuliert werden können. Sie können schwingen, “explodieren”, die Farbe wechseln, herangezoomt werden. Gesteuert wird das ganze über WLAN mit einem ipod touch.
